Remote first

Remote work is the new norm, and we recognize that our teams — based in the US and Canada — don’t need to be in the office to have an impact. We have an office in NYC for those who’d like the option to come in.

Flexible paid time off

Prioritizing time away from our desks allows us to be productive and refreshed at work. We also offer up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year so you can take care of yourself and your family.

Fully paid parental leave

Family time is important so we offer up to 16 weeks of parental leave.
